The four-day Hong Kong Autumn Electronics Show and International Electronic Components and Production Technology Exhibition attracted over 60000 industry buyers from 136 countries and regions, with 33 companies organized by Oude Exhibition.
It is reported that the number of buyers from Malaysia, Türkiye, Argentina and the United Arab Emirates has increased compared with last year. In a field survey, 53% of respondents expect their overall sales to increase in the next 12-24 months, while 43% of respondents expect sales to remain stable. In addition, the majority of respondents believe that wearable electronic products and robotics technology have "very promising" market potential.

An independent research agency commissioned by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council interviewed 1091 buyers and exhibitors of electronic exhibitions to understand the development prospects of the industry. 53% of the respondents expect overall sales to increase in the next 12-24 months, while 43% expect sales to remain stable. Most respondents believe that the growth potential of the electronics industry in emerging markets such as India, the Middle East and Latin America is the largest in the next two years, followed by South Korea, Chinese Mainland, Australia and Pacific island countries.
In terms of the development trend of electronic products, the majority of respondents believe that wearable electronic products (65%) and robotics technology (59%) have "very promising" or "promising" market potential. At the same time, 56% of respondents believe that esports products and devices have great market potential, with most respondents believing that these products have the greatest growth potential in North America, Northern Europe, and Western Europe.
This year's electronics exhibition has more than 20 exhibition areas, gathering the world's latest electronic products and innovative solutions in the fields of smart cities, intelligent transportation, elderly technology, and digital entertainment.
Zunosaki Limited's founder and inventor, He Sijie, who participated in the exhibition for the first time, promoted the company's rehabilitation robotic arm in the "Startup Zone", seeking distributors, partners, and potential investors at home and abroad. In the first half of the exhibition, he met two to three potential buyers from nursing homes in Taiwan and South Korea. In addition, a buyer from India expressed interest in applying the company's robotic arm technology to different industries.
The well-known consumer electronics brand Momax in Hong Kong also made significant profits at this exhibition. The founder and CEO of the company, Zheng Dongsheng, stated that in the first two days of the exhibition, the team had met with about 60 buyers from the Asia Pacific region and Europe, and had also established a long-term partnership with a listed company in Papua New Guinea. They are currently in negotiations for the first order worth approximately $50000.
The company also contacted another high-quality Australian buyer through the Click2Match business matching platform of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and the two parties are interested in long-term cooperation. Vinal Patel, the business director of Brand Collective, a British buyer, has been participating in electronics exhibitions for over 20 years. On the first two days of this year's Autumn Electronics Show, he purchased over $2 million worth of charging cables, power banks, wireless speakers, and other products from two exhibitors. He also considered expanding the product categories he distributed as he found new products at the exhibition. During the exhibition, over 80 exciting events and forums were held, including the Innovation and Technology Forum, Hong Kong Electronics Forum, and Electronic Device Reliability Assurance Forum.
